Testing the emergency-blogging system...
Hey we're testing a new mechanism by which several of us can easily & effectively set off an alert-graphic at any of a potentially-large number of sites at the same time.
For example.... you MAY see a special warning graphic like this, in the upper-LH corner of this page. Or you may not. It depends on whether we've fired-off an alert.... or are testing today... or not.
